SMI Côte d'Ivoire is dedicated to reducing maternal mortality and enhancing the health and well-being of mothers in our country. Our mission is to ensure safe childbirth and provide quality maternal care to every Ivorian woman.
We envision a future where maternal health is a priority in Côte d'Ivoire, where every pregnancy is safe, and every mother can look forward to a healthy future with her child.
Our Aims and Objectives:
To significantly reduce maternal mortality rates in Côte d'Ivoire.
To raise awareness about maternal health challenges and solutions.
To collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, healthcare providers, and community leaders to improve maternal health.
To establish emergency intervention units and support services for pregnant women in rural areas.
The "SAVE" Campaign:
"Save African Women from Pregnancy-Related Deaths" (SAVE) is our flagship campaign in Côte d'Ivoire. It's an initiative led by dedicated individuals who are determined to eradicate maternal mortality in Africa.
Why Join "SAVE"?
Africa, and specifically Côte d'Ivoire, faces a critical maternal health challenge, with a high rate of pregnancy-related deaths.

The campaign aligns with the United Nations' Millennium Development Goal of reducing maternal mortality by 75%.
Our Collaborative Approach:
Advocating for governmental support to provide free and efficient obstetric care, especially for rural women.
Establishing a trust fund to assist women who cannot afford critical medical procedures.
Supporting the creation of emergency intervention units for timely medical assistance.
